Biography

Ching-Chuan Huang is a Distinguished Professor at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, department of Civil Engineering since 2010. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Chung -Yuan University, Taiwan, in 1978 and PhD degree from University of Tokyo, Japan, in 1990. He worked as a Postdoc at the, Delaware University, USA from 1991. He has been worked as a Professor, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, between 2000-2009. He was as a faculty member National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, Civil Engineering Department, between 1991-1999
